A DESKTOP PAYMENT VIEWER APP + ADVANCED KEYLOGGER - repost

What we are looking for ?\r\n\r\n-We need professional programmer to design a mini desktop app for viewing payments in a form of chart or sheet( We will provide a exact sample).\r\n-The desktop app should be able to NOTIFY whenever a new \"UPDATE\" is made.\r\n-We need a mini site where the desktop app will be available to download + we should have a admin or control panel of the app in the site where we update payment details.\r\n-We need a advanced Keylogger with the payment app (More information will be given after a good appeal)\r\n\r\nWhat we require from Freelancers ?\r\n\r\n-We require freelancer (who\'s wins the project) To be in contact daily and keep updating us\r\n-we will not accept any negligence after awarding the project or no response from the freelancer is also not expected\r\n-Should have Skype for daily meetings\r\n-Payment is settled to the freelancer once we are satisfied\r\n-Freelancer fails to complete the project will never get accepted next time.\r\n-Project time - 7- DAYS
