Android Developer for various projects

Actually Budget Is Not Sure. I am in search of an Android Developer to assist me with developing various augmented reality, gps and map applications. The ideal candidate would have the following traits: 1. Strong development skills with experience developing augmented reality apps as well as map/gps apps and accelerometer usage 2. Strong english skills 3. Have access to samsung tablet and/or phone device 4. Ability to estimate project development time and costs As a bonus, the developer would also have ability to develop for iOS, but this is not a requirement. I have several apps that need to be developed and seek to build a long term relationship with the developer. Each application will be posted as a private for only the selected developer to bid on and will be ongoing for the next 12 months.
