I need a site converted from HTML/CSS to Joomla v1.5 in three days. This site will need to have a flash banner images provided and content migrated from current site. THe current site has approximately 4 forms and 35 pages of content. There need to be the Joomla Blog plugin installed. Site will need to be tested and installed on Clients server in 3-4 days max! Please only bid if you are an expert in Joomla and have the ability to build the Flash element.
