Custom Diagram Software for Engineering/Sales

I need someone to create a program for me that will allow me to make engineering diagrams. Here is the example, I have hardware that has various types of inputs and outputs, I want to be able to create these devices, and associate a cost with them. Then from the database of devices I want to be able to drag and drop them onto a workspace where I can draw lines from the inputs to the outputs which make the connections to the devices. The connections must be smart, like connection A can only connect to A type connections, and connection B can only connect to B type connections. I should be able to re-arrange and drag the items around, and the lines that connect to the devices need to be dynamic as well. Each connection type needs to be colour coded, as well as the option to add connection ID's to each side of each connection. Then the ID's should be able to be exported or printed out on to labels. Once the digram is complete, there should show a total of cost, for all the hardware that is on the work space. I need to be able to save the files as a sequence of numbers, or just plain file name. Each workspace should have a name/date at the bottom corner to be identified, the file names should always be on each workspace. These need to be printable. There are programs that are out there that do something similar, but I need it to be more simple. Something like Omnigraffle [login to view URL] would be great, but there is too much that I dont need there. I need something simple. See the attached images as examples of what I need to make.
