This Job Is to

a. Create Mailchimp List From Delphi

b. Update/add/delete Mailchimp List from MemData File

c. Update /Crate Campaign with HTML

d. Execute Campaign from within delphi and return the amount processed

e. Store setings in ini file

f. enable loging

This job would make use of the Mailchimp API
