Director of Paid Media -- 2

We are looking for a high-energy, self-motivated person to join our awesome team of designers, coders, copywriters, and marketers. You will be managing PAID advertising campaigns in Facebook, AdWords and direct media buys. So you must be familiar with using PPC, CPM advertising. =================== Fast paced, growing company looking to move our media buying in-house. (We are currently using an agency.) You will work with our team: - coordinate launches - plan content releases - build lists via retargetting pixel - import email and phone lists for custom audiences - upload newsfeeds for blog posts - manage CPA and monitor results - test new offers and scale quickly - all things related to facebook - develop and document our customer acquisition procedure - create and launch native ad campaigns - create and launch retargetting campaign - create and target our perfect customer avatar If you'd like to work FULL TIME and stop job-hopping, this may be a great opportunity for you.
