Creating DO FOLLOW links on sites with High metrics.

I require a committed worker that can build 200 permanent DO FOLLOW links after my specifications. The links will be distributed to my homepages and several landing pages. All links should be DO FOLLOW, PR5 + from AGED ENGLISH AUTHORITY WEBSITES. However It will be a big plus if you can find some high PR Norwegian pages as well. (Kirsten ,my employee have done some searching on the subject this morning, but there are not that many Norwegian pages within my niche it seems). Well, on to the requirements.. Anchor text must be different on all the links ,and the site metrics (of the site that you place the links on) must be done according to the following specifications: 50+ DA/ 40+ PA and 40+ CF/TF ). The domains that you place your links on must be doing extremely well in the SERPS themselves, and they must be related to my niche. NOTE: You should be able to show similar work you have done in the past. This may seem overly cautious. However its the only way to sort out the bad apples. Additional Requirements: -All links must be placed on strictly English Sites - Backlinks must be search engine friendly, that is no redirects, cloaking and other practices - No spam links - max 20 links per day - No contextual ads sites, popups, intrusive advertising, etc. NO SPAMMING - Links PR must be the actual PR where the link is located - Links should stick and not disappear -the sites must be top-level domains such as .COM , .ORG , .NET - No link farms backlinks - Link must be WHITE HAT - No blog comment spamming, No ping sites -Only 1 link on each site - Links must be PERMANENT AND INDEXED - Links must be static HTML links. Including the target keywords I provide in anchor text - links must be on sites with PR 5+ , at least 50+ DA/ 40+ PA and 40+ CF/TF -the PA of the actual URL the link is placed on must be 35+ PA - ALL backlinks MUST NOT BE on NO INDEX pages - Page should not be excluded by [login to view URL] - 100% of backlinks must be placed on sites relevant to keywords provided -each site should have good and natural non-spam back link profile - Each backlink should be on different website, different C class IP -You have to show me all the URL's where you added my links -If any of the links are broken or doesnt live up to the requirements listed here, they must be replaced with new ones. -I will provide you with anchor text Full report with URL's of the links, should be provided along with PR , DA/PA and CF/TF of the sites that you placed the links on. 1. Link site exact URL - Site Name -Anchor text used - Site Type - DA Ranking -PA ranking - CF ranking -DF ranking -Date placed Maximum budget for this job is $1800 separated in 2 milestones. The first milestone of $900 will be created after awarding you the project . It will be released only after 100 links are completed. Following the release of the first milestone , the last milestone of 900$ will be created (provided that half of the project has been completed according to my specifications).
