Collect students information preparing for SSC CGL 2017

I need a freelancer based in India, who can get me some leads. The task is to collect phone number and emails of students preparing for SSC CGL 2017 in an excel sheet. The desired excel sheet should have following headers: Name, Email, Phone, Age (optional), Current Position(optional) - Current position means if the aspirant is "Student : XYZ degree" or "Job: XYZ Position". - Either Phone or Email must be present. All the entries will be verified manually by phone and email. So, we need only valid records, all candidates must be preparing for SSC CGL 2017. In the bid please specify how much students you can get us and your budget. Also, please mention the skills related to your job.
