Between 500 to 2000 facebook fans and twitter followers

I need between 1000 to 2000 active users on facebook and around 300-500 users on twitter.
Need the around 150-300 fans a week meaning, in 1 months the job should be complete.
The users cannot be under 18 years old and the average age of the users on facebook should be between 30 to 60 years old.
The likes cannot just disappear after a certain time (heard those stories already more than once).
we need 1000 real likes for our page. NO fakes , no bots - nothing illegal!
1) Real active Facebook users with profile pictures and accounts
2) ALL Facebook users must have a status update less than 30 days and have at least 20 friends in their accounts.
We will check random everyday the new likes, again - all must be real and done in good faith!
3) You must tell us who you will get the likes before starting the project .
4) Worldwide fans are acceptable excluding Asia. However, we will allow an error margin of 5% for Asian Facebook fans. The reason being that our target market is not Asia.
5) ALL Facebook Fans MUST BE OVER 18 years of age.
6) You will not be given admin access or any other administrative privileges.
7) If our page gets banned / suspended - you will not get paid.
8) Strict confidentially is a must , and this project may not be used for references.
You must have positive feedback here on freelancer.com and at least 5 similar jobs done in the past. If you are new here or have a few jobs - don't waste your time , you will not get the project.
Big plus+++++ if the users are from Middle east, Europe and North/South America. Not Asia.
