I will buy the domain name according to niche and keywords used and arrange hosting once the parameters are agreed. Terms: - Write the SEO optimized content, fully configure and update the blogger account as needed to continue generating at least the minimum long term. - Only white hat - You MUST follow google adsense rules and regulations. - Website/Adsense must have 100% Organic traffic clicks. no bots, automated or traffic buying/trading sites or paid services, NO Black Hat - Do not use any illegal methods to drive traffic generate clicks on website. - No pharma, violence, gambling, adult related content as dictated by adsense rules - Site must generate income for the long term with $20-$50 (PER DAY) usd ongoing for 5yrs+ - All copyrights will be assigned to me in writing - Must contain related images to niche topic - Design must be neat and optimized to attract people to click on the ads - mobile optimised. - Unique organic traffic (no bots or traffic buy sites) - Have my Google Analytics plugin installed. The bidder should consider the following points: - Show me examples of how you have done this before. This job can only be completed by people that have experience in creating these types of platforms and experience. - Tell me about your working process. -Tell me how you direct and increase traffic to the website. I should be earning daily without any work from my side -Show me some of your previous website/blogs that you already created and are being profitable .
