Bring Relevant Traffic to Website

Hi My website [login to view URL] has been launched last week. It is a marketplace for freelancers and freelance graphic designers who like to work on the internet. Take a look at this site to understand it in detail In the last week i have been getting a few job posts only from buyers. Maybe 2 per day. But i want to take this to at least 10 per day in about a month's time. If you have internet marketing experience then tell me your game plan of how will you drive traffic?
