Hello, I am fresh Adwords certified individual. Currently i have one big customer, and searching to expand further. Mine charge is 185$ for setting up a campaign, and after that i charge 100$ every month for running the campaign. I do not do charge hourly, but i charge per project. So, in your case I would charge 185$ for setting up 1 campaign with 3 ad groups, and in every ad group i would add 3 ads with keywords. Regards.
