Article writing and SEO assistance for overflow

I am looking for a professional individual (not company) to help me with writing articles and assisting with some SEO work to improve the site rankings of my own site as well as my clients sites. These sites are Wordpress & JOOMLA sites, so ideally the candidate will have a good knowledge of Wordpress and JOOMLA. The candidate will have a thorough understanding of English grammar and spelling and be verbally articulate with a wide vocabulary as possible. You will be working quite closely with me, so there will be regular contact. I like people to talk straight and not be afraid to correct me if I am wrong. This medium to long term partnership should yield some good money so I am willing to pay for good people who are at the bottom of the professional ladder but willing to learn, rather than a know it all and been there and got the T-shirt type. Hourly rate will be negotiable after a trial period but will start at £7.00 per/hour and rise beyond. To be honest I am not sure how many new projects will come online within the next three months because it will depend on another party who I have just partnered with so bare with me. The hours will need to be flexible but realistic for the first month or so , however I am assured that this should be a lucrative venture.
