Create/Manage a PPC Campaign

[login to view URL] I have active PPC accounts with Google and Bing, spending about £25 a day. I am looking for someone to manage this campaign for 1 month. Depending upon results I would look to continue to pay for the same service at a rate of about £50 a month for the first 12 months , increasing to £100 a month the following year with an annual budget of about £10,000. The initial work would be for 1 month at a rate of £50 for that months work.
