Assist with Project Management

We are a three year old Internet Marketing company who work with clients from all different industries to help them improve their online presence and grow their revenue using online advertising and organic marketing techniques. We have been growing rapidly and with the development with our website underway, we are looking for an account executive to help us service our accounts and ensure that projects are running smoothly and clients are being communicated with adaquately. Please view our description of the job offering below. Job Description: The primary role of an Account Executive (AE) is to maintain the relationship between Mortar Marketing and the client. AEs are the liaison between the client and the creative team to ensure the client's needs and goals are being met on every project. The AE also manages pitches to the client and the client's budget. AEs will generally handle around five non-competing client accounts at a time. Typical Day: -Check the status of each client's job(s) in the creative department and verify the jobs will be complete on time -Contact each client at least once a day (via phone) to discuss current and upcoming projects -Initiate new jobs for the client -Review and present concepts/layouts/copy to the client for approval -Communicate the client's feedback to the creative department and discuss the next steps in the campaign Ideal Requirements: -Basic knowledge of internet marketing capabilities -Knowledge of minor development lingo and possibilities (you don't need to know how to develop, just what CAN BE developed) -Good and understandable on phone calls -Customer-centric -Knowledge of Infusionsoft is a definite Plus Time and Salary: Both time and salary and negotiable. Ideally, we are looking for an efficient person who can get what we need done in around 10 hours of work per week at around $15/hour. Both time and rate quotes are starting, we need help managing our current clients so we can bring on more clients and increase your work load and salary. All of this would be happening within 90-180 days of hire. The right candidate will be subject to an online interview and personality test prior to official hire.
