Design my backyard/garden

Currently my little backyard is a mess. I want to make it nice and also use it for training. I need somebody to make a design for me that I can make live with own effort and help of contractors. Its important to make good use of the area and still have it look nice. My main concern is to make a nice play to sit and relax and a nice play to train. I will need to rebuild the porch and build some "fancy" training facilities. I need pullup bar, ring pullups, ropes, maybe could add some monkey bar. Also I need a place to do olympic lifts, and other strength exercises. I would need a box somewhere to put weight lifting equipment. The porch should still be a nice place for chilling and grilling :). Maybe the training is a isle out there, or maybe its more combined.
