Developing a township map of Yangon, Myanmar - open to bidding

Hi, I am looking for someone who can help with a project that is coming up soon, perhaps starting in the next week or two. Part of the project is a mapping study of high potential areas within Myanmar (Burma). I need to provide my client with graphical recommendations on where to locate their business. I can provide all the data and colour codes etc, but I need someone who can work on a map of Yangon (probably Google) to add township boundaries and colour coded areas. Is this something you would be able to help with? I suggest we discuss details and then we can look at costs. Please ignore the cost below.
