I want someone to paint at an event I am planning in Hollywood Fl on Sunday Feb 23, 2014. It is intended to create a street atmosphere but you will not be able to actually sell any paintings. The artist should be talented and be able to create some exciting artwork within the 4 hour time period of the event.
