Add HTML5 dynamic ads

We are looking for someone to take de our designs and create interactive fullscreen interstitial mobile ads from them. These ads will be shown on Android devices while a user is playing a game.
It will be served as an HTML5 layer on top of the game. This ad should be interactive, ie not static like the attached example.
Some good examples of interactive ads:

We need the dynamic ads like this.
If you accept this invitation, we would first like to see an example of an interactive ad that you create.
You could do something like the Pringles ad above, or create your own fun, interactive ad. Please be sure that it looks good on mobile devices (bonus points for responsive) and is HTML5 based.
Based on your code and response time, we will extend the contract by a few months.
