I need a standalone login page that users can use to log into our Moodle site. This is a simple webpage that with these elements: [login to view URL] The page will need the following: 1. Some kind of script that will randomly set the background image (example: [login to view URL]) 2. A form which has the action property set to return fields username and password to our Moodle site (example: [login to view URL]). Also, a link to our reset password page. 3. A header with a logo and school name. This page should be mobile-friendly (responsive). Preference will be give to coder who has created similar page for Moodle.

I have 6 years of experience in wordpress, joomla, PHP, SQL and PHP frameworks. I have worked on numerous projects before. The products and the articles in each of the websites were designed as per SEO norms and also had facebook authentication.
