I have below a mockup down for a joomla based site i need completed by today within hours if possible I do not need the site created from start. I will provide a white template. All i need is for the top menu to appear like the image and for a side menu to appear like an image that can be clicked on to go to another area. The center will have a news feed which i can provide a module to do that. I DO NOT need a template created just css added to a template for it to appear like the image' I can also provide any modules or template needed to start project. THis is just CSS adjustments to a template
