Convert this series of PSDs and images into a 8 page website. Use modern standards, HTML 5 and CSS2/3. Internet Explorer 8 support is required, use html5shiv if needed. Clean code is a very high priority. The contact page needs a working PHP email form. The PHP form should do basic validation before allowing a submission. 3 JPGs have been attached just to show the design, but layered PSDs will be provided. I am looking for someone who can start on this project fairly soon, but I will not be awarding the project until this evening (4-5 hours from now) at the earliest. I am NOT interested in very low bids. I need someone who can do a thorough job and produce high-quality work without a lot of guidance and back-and-forth. I'm interested in finding someone who is interested in a longer term business relationship to do similar jobs in the future.
