I've all the required skills to convert a Static site into responsive website which will work across all devices from large monitor to small mobile devices. We could use two approaches a general web development approach or using bootstrap. A general web development might take some time but final result would be: a much lighter website. Using framework using bootstrap would help us speed site build but we would end up using too many classes. So question is what approach would suit you? Any way we could extend this discussion and talk about this project further.
