The website will be for E-LEAD will be the Australia’s inaugural “Global Centre of Excellence for Leadership, Engagement and Development”. The centre will focus and target its services on two groups including Professionals and Students (secondary and tertiary). The centre’s goal will be to develop innovative, dynamic and contemporary leadership initiatives for professionals and students to develop and enhance their capacity and aspiration for active and great leadership. These initiatives could include domestic as well as international programs in collaboration with other countries. The following three bodies will be created to provide strategic and operational advice in this regard: E-LEAD Advisory Council: Consists of 20 senior leaders (CEOs and and Deans etc.) E-LEAD Professionals Board: Consists of 25 corporate professionals (Managers etc.) E-LEAD Student Board: Consists of 25 tertiary and secondary students Additionally, I would also be creating a pool of E-LEAD Fellows and Ambassadors who will be provided with various domestic and international engagement opportunities through E-LEAD to make an impact in their lives and of others. Finally, Regional Leaders in various parts of the world to facilitate inbound and outbound mobility to realise our global vision will be appointed.
