I am a headhunter and looking for someone to do some ad hoc administrative work. Work will include sending on my behalf standard letters, confirmation of interview appointments, compiling new contracts from a template and producing invoices for clients, and updating a database on excel such as recording client name address telephone number and email address and similar information for candidates. I anticipate this to be a regular amount of work in the region of 3-4 hours per week on an ongoing basis.
As I have now completed my major projects I find myself with free time. I believe that I would be suitable for this as I have worked with one of the UKs largest insurers in their HR department and have a decent amount of experience in recruitment because of this.
I am in the market for regular work and what you are asking for is what I am good at. Being a work at home assistant office tasks and appointments are my specialty.
