A modern, clean and responsive design for a website about technology and telecommunications

Dear Freelancers, I am the owner of a small company in need of a new website design (just the design, we can do our HTML in-house). I could do the fast and inexpensive way by modifying a pre-made template, but I want to have my own tailored made, original design. The website is about the telecom / tech-industry - everything from news and articles to reviews about phones, tables, games, apps and mobile operators. The website is only targeting people living in Poland so it will be in Polish, but you can do the mock-ups in English. To facilitate your work, you will be provided with professionally made, detailed wireframes for each of the pages that need to be designed, this will considerably decrease the amount of time and work you will spend on the project. In many areas the design is already partially done when it comes to certain layout elements, colors and typography. I am looking a talented person or team that create a responsive, Web 3.0 style design. What I need from you: 1. A modern, clean and responsive design that follows the guidelines in the wireframes - NO PREMADE TEMPLATES. It needs to be readable on different screen sizes and devices. 2. Design of a number of pages: Homepage, news page, Product specification page etc. In total about 30 pages with different states (logged in/not logged in) that share the same layout / design 3. We will provide the logo. It needs to look good integrated in the design. 4. We expect that you will work with us until we are happy with the outcome. 5.
