A mid to Senior Level Graphic designer to work with an ad agency

Purpose: To create the day-to-day design and production of graphic artwork and perform very highly skilled graphic design tasks. Should be able to work under little or no administrative direction from a designated supervisor or manager.

Duties:

•Create highly technical graphic designs.

•Work closely with the copywriter and art director to generate creative ideas and concepts to fulfill the client\\\\\\\'s brief;

•Produce sketches or 'storyboards (television) or (print) to communicate ideas to the client;

•Develop an understanding of the target audience and business that the advert is aimed at;

•Should be able to work with the creative director and account managers in bringing ideas to life.

•Should have a good sense of design trends and have ability to develop creative solutions.

•Have good communication skills in pitching ideas to account mangers and creative teams;

•Should be able to liaise with photographers, artists or film-makers to work on projects;

•Act as team leader of a medium to large sized group on specific department projects

•Interprets the client\\\\\\\'s business needs and develop a concept to suit their purpose;

•Develop design briefs by gathering information and data through research;

•Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts;

•Present finalized ideas and concepts to clients or account managers;
