Rotating and Tracing 32 images in Illustrator

I have 32 images like the one attached ([login to view URL]) which need to be rotated and traced in illustrator like the other file attached ([login to view URL]) and saved as an ai file. There is a thick blue line for the outside perimeter and a thin dotted line for the internal perimeter. Most of the lines need to be smoothed out and don't follow the image exactly so I'll give you feedback after the first few so that you know what to expect. Experience in Illustrator essential, as are good communication skills. The best applicants will use a time tracker for hourly pay. This WILL lead to future work if we build a relationship.
