Direct Mail Postcard Design & Copywrite for a Dental Office

You will design four differently themed 6"x11", double-sided, full color postcards to be used for direct mail campaigns in a dental office, in English language.
You will deliver 8 separate Adobe Illustrator CS6 compatible files (one for each side of each postcard), unlocked and 100% editable.
We will provide logo, theme or idea for each postcard, basic text and can provide some product/service images. You will provide design, background images and general copy-writing (headline, etc).
You will allow for some changes and revisions before the final product is delivered.
We can provide sample postcards for guidance.
You will keep in mind and abide by US Postal regulations in your design.
