Design for a new website

Once you would finalize homepage, I would go to design all subpages of site. Once all pages design completed in PSD. I would start converting them into responsive HTML. I would like to convert full html website into CMS like Wordpress, Drupal etc so that you would change your site content and images yourself after delivered website.
