Design a Wordpress Mockup

Hi, Thanks for reading my project, excited to have the opportunity to work together. I need an wordpress expert to customize the design of my blog. You can see the actual version of it at onlinewritingcollege.com. I am using the avada theme there, which I think it is awesome and has a ton of features, so it would be great if you could work with that as well. For reference, here's two blogs that I really like their design: - [login to view URL] - [login to view URL] Here's what I have in mind: - Header: with logo, menu pages and social buttons - A large sign up box after the header (for the newsletter) - Right sidebar with another sign up box, popular content, links to popular blogs, some banners and ads too - Right side will be actual blog posts - Another sign up box at the footer - Footer with info of website and so on It also needs to be mobile responsive and fully SEOd. My niche is teaching people how to make money online with writing.
