Design a Website Mockup

I want to design a Mock up for a basic learning & certification portal. At the front-end, Users will log on to the portal to search for online tutorials. Tutorials will have tests which users take after they must have completed the tutorials. The test will only be available to users for limited period after completing the tutorial. So Users are expected to take tests before the limited period elapses. Failure to complete a test within that limited period will result in the user having to take a new test. Tests will be graded against predefined correct answers and a pass/fail grade awarded against a benchmark passing score. At the end of the test, a certificate will be issued to test-takers. A reporting mode should allow users in this role to access system reports, search exams taken by users and print certificates. At the back-end, Admin will log on and be able to upload new tutorials and create tests for test-takers. In creating a test, admin will configure tutorial & test settings and specify the passing score, whether or not the test will be timed, the duration for timed tests, the period within which users must take the test after completing the tutorial, whether a test re-take is allowed or not. Tutorials and tests will be updatable by the admin
