Design Fundraising Letter Template

We need to design a series of fundraising letters. They will be A4 size, front and back, four color designs, with smaller response mechanism. The basic content will be supplied to you, including graphics files with our organizations logo, the text of each letter, a couple of photos to be a part of the letter, the captions to go with the photos, and the layout for the response mechanism. All you need to provide is the design. We will need you to be available by phone occasionally, as well as email and IM. Skype or Viber is fine for the phone calls. Your English must be good enough for these face-to-face interactions. These are requirements. Don't bid if you can not be available to us in this manner when needed. The letters will be required about once a month on an ongoing basis, but we'd like you to bid on doing 12 of them, so we can count on some consistency in our image. We will need to have the design of the first letter by November 30.
