We are a 3rd party logistics company (Cavalry Logistics). Currently, we have developed an in-house tv application that basically reports company news including statistics, weather, etc. It is a way to create competition within the workplace. We need a mascot/caricature designed and animated with 10 animations that we can use on this tv application. So, we are using d3.js for the tv app, meaning we probably need some sort of GIF file with transparent background so that we can embed this design on multiple areas while it animates.
