Design an App Mockup

Overview The mockup is a prelude to the actual development work. We need a simple and practical way to e-verify people we interact. the proposal is an App that will obtaining consent and compare the person to their picture that is held in the National database. Such a system has the advantage helping to improve security, reduce fraud and impersonation. Benfit • Easy visual comparing of the live face with picture from the NIMC database allowing users easily verify if they are who the say the are. • Portable and 24x7 access for verification • Fraud prevention and impersonation • Portable and provides real time information • Can be used by the police and other law enforcement agencies for compliancy • Can be used to verify the identity of the potential staff while hiring. By requesting the NIN(national identity number) and name for check against the database. How is works 1. Primary user or customer (Requester) enters in the name and ID number (NIN) of the person (Responder) they want to verify into the App. 2. The app retrieves the persons photo and name from the National database. 3. Requester can then do a visual verification by comparing the photo retrieved to the person being verified. 4. Additional options would be to confirm correctness of information e.g. date of birth and address. i.e. if the Responder enters 01/01/65 as date of birth in the App and that is the date that is stored in the database the word ‘Correct’ will appear next to the date. If the wrong date is entered then ‘Wrong’ will appear next to the date. This will be the same behaviour for all optional fields. 5. The app will also have the option to remotely verify a person. The person to be verified sends a photo and name with their National ID number and the requester enters, the ID and name in the app and gets the photo form to database to compare to the photo sent 6. The app will be available on Mobile devices and computers 7. The user will be charged according to retrieval requested. Billing the app should enable payment for transactions
