Create a web SMS and Email Console that sends to phone numbers and emails from a database

If you do not ask me specific questions about my project YOU WILL NOT BE SELECTED. COPY - PASTE introductions WILL NOT BE SELECTED. I'm looking for someone who has a bit of marketing background. I already have a website up and running WiFi2u.com.au. When people log on to my system - their details are captured. The system has an API that allows access to details. I just want to use the API to create a console that can Email and SMS people that have been connecting and providing their details. Perhaps a design that access the contact data through the API - lists it in a table, and then allows you to Email the list of emails and SMS the list of phone numbers with custom emails or messages. One option is to use Mailchimp API and my system's API to simply add any new users in my system straight into Mailchimp. This could be a third option. SMS could be straight forward with a simple email to SMS provider (maybe a setup section that allows entry of email address for email to SMS and then it's up to the end use to set up a provider themselves)
