Create a download section for my website

Hi, my website is: [login to view URL] The things that will be done: 1. A hanging blue ribbon (this specific ribbon - blue one): [login to view URL]) will be added on the video, it will take the visitors to the download section of the page that we will create. (check out project 3 image) 2. A new table will be created between the info section and the comments section. (check out the project 2 image.) 3. I designed that new section for you. (check out project 1 image) I want it to be done like that. Of course I don't have that shutterstock images, I just copied them to show you what I want. So the backgrounds are not transparent and it doesn't look good at all. I want with transparent backgrounds. A hover effect on the download button will be fine too. Shutterstock images that are used: 1. Orange download button [login to view URL] 2. Black broken link icon [login to view URL] 3. Black question mark icon [login to view URL] 4. 720p video image - that is attached on the project. check out [login to view URL] I should be able to enter the download links somewhere on the admin panel for each video. If there is no download link present, this new download section shouldn't be created for the video. And the ribbon at number 1 (blue hanging ribbon) shouldn't be there too. Right below the text area (which I'll write for you to copy and paste later) are broken links and help pages. When hovering that broken link image jqeasytooltip plugin which I have should say something like: "Çalışmayan linkleri bildirin." which translates to "Report broken links" in Turkish. Hovering animation should be Swing Z on jqeasytooltip. You can see demo here. [login to view URL] Scroll down to CONFIGURE ANIMATIONS FOR OPEN/CLOSE AND CONBINE IT section. When clicked on broken links icon it should report me via email that the link (the mail containing the name or address of the video) is gone. And when the link is reported, it should say something like: "Teşekkürler, bildiriniz gönderildi." It means "Thank you, your report was sent." in Turkish. And someone shouldn't be able to click on it twice (ip block maybe?), it should give an error like: "Zaten rapor gönderdiniz." in English: "you already sent the broken link report." And the other question mark should be a video tooltip like this plugin I have: Just scroll down to LOAD CONTENT IN TIP section. [login to view URL] I want that question mark to stream this video as a tooltip (bigger than the demo so they can see better). [login to view URL] And when clicked on it, that youtube page should be opened in another page.
