Create a Wordpress website + API Intergration

Hi, We would like to build a website similar to Eruditus .com on Wordpress. The website basically lists different courses ( we will start with only one), their course details and faculty names and pictures and gives an option for the user to register. The registration process would be a simple form. We will integrate with eLitmus for evaluation tests. The process is explained below. Registration Details a) Simple Registration form with basic info like - name , email , phone, educational qualification etc b) Once the user submits the form, he is redirected to a Thank you page, where he will get two options - Take Evaluation Test / Take Test Later c) The user details needs to be sent to eLitmus and eLitmus will generate a unique one-time Evaluation Test link for each user d) If the user clicks on Take Evaluation Test he will go to eLitmus and take the test through that link. If the user clicks on "Take Test later" - he will get a message, "We have emailed you the link to take your evaluation test" e) The User should get an email with the unique one-time test link that eLitmus will provide. f) The Website admin will also get an email with all the user details every time a user fills the registration form Necessarily what the system needs to do is pass on the user details to eLitmus and fetch the unique test link from them and email it to the user. eLitmus will provide the API for this, we have attached the basic API documentation also.
