Create a PHP page with right pagination to print a PDF document

I have a database of products to sell with a variable number of records, product list you can see here: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] and so on.. 1) I need a PHP page that contains all the products on database to use it as pricelist; 2) The PHP page must contain the cover at the beginning of the list (please see the cover at: [login to view URL]) 3) The PHP page must contain a page with "Note" at the end of the list (please see the cover at: [login to view URL]); 4) I have to be able to print the page with PHP Google Chrome (CTRL + D) and save it as PDF; 5) PHP Page to be printed with google chrome has the following settings: vertical layout, page size: A4, default margins and graphics in backgroud (please see attached screenshot [login to view URL]) 6) It is very important that the PDF has pagination: 1st page with cover, One page for each item without pictures or text between two pages, last page with Note Final result should be like file attached [login to view URL] Please let me know your bid and delivery time of project thanks
