We are interested in an Uber (please see [login to view URL]) style company whereby customers would use our customized app to locate vendors they need for specified services. And vendors would be notified immediately to contact the customer to arrange for a service visit.
Once the customer activates the app for a service needed, vendors who have signed up through our "vendor signup" page on our website would be given a text message or notified through the app, that a potential customer would like to be contacted immediately for services needed.
Specifically what we need is:
An Apple and Google approved app for vendors and customers
Database for both customers and vendors
Website explaining our company and service, and a way to sign up for both vendors and customers
App that links the customer and vendor by location
Application that initiates a communication to approved vendors once a customer has activated their app for service
Payment section on app and website for customers to pay the vendor through our app or website
Database of payment transactions
"0 to 5" star ranking of each vendor after each service call has completed.
If you are familiar with Uber, we are looking to replicate the exact same business model but for a completely different service area, no taxis.
