Copy a page out of the Wall Street Journal and make it editable. - open to bidding

I need a one page document that looks exactly like a typical page out of the Wall Street Journal newspaper's legal notices classified ads section. We should be able to edit the content (so we can make changes!). The format of the WSJ is bigger than standard letter size, but we will only want a letter sized PDF, so it can look as though a portion of the page has been scanned. The ads used can be 'greeked' and we can fill in our own content as necessary. We don't care about the actual content, we will edit this. There should be varied sizes and types of ads on the page, just like an actual newspaper. It should include the portion of the page that shows "The Wall Street Journal" in small print at the top of the page and the date. Fonts and "look" should be identical to a typical page out of the classifieds legal notices section of the Wall Street Journal. The page should show the date (upper ledgar as typical in newspapers) and be editable as well. We are Mac users and have MS Word installed but would consider adding other applications that would allow us to edit the document and turn it into a PDF. Attached is a sample "Legal notices" page from a typical newspaper. Please reference any online scan of a WSJ page for example of FONT used.
