Convert a Template to a Website

I've found a decent responsive Wordpress website template. I'm looking at developing a website for my business. I need some help with customising the template, creating icon images and constructing the layout. Ideally looking for someone with an eye for creative. The site is a business website. Ive previously used weebly and done it myself, but the drag and drop elements are quite limited now I found. This is the template I quite like the look of (link below). So if not this template, it will be something similar I would buy. [login to view URL] Looking for a reasonable priced wordpress expert that can customise/tweak a mobile responsive template for what I need. Also someone who can work on images/icons required. Im ok at designing the layout and content, so someone that can tweek and faciliate the design output. im at that stage where coding needs to be done. Freelancer codes must ensure they don't ruin the responsive template I need to be able to add content in the future, so I'll need to be able to use any CMS system
