Convert Existing Website to Responsive Design

We need to convert an existing website to a responsive design. This is a basic 5-page website that you can review at http://www.hyfives.com. It is informational only website with text, graphics, one video clip, download links, and one contact form. Currently, the video link opens to a new window but we want it open in the same place where the Play button is.
Work review is online and delivery is a complete package with files that we can upload to our website hosting server.
