A complete website re-design is required. Much of the informational content is still relevant but the structure and format of the website needs a long overdue facelift. What we are looking to improve: - Page Performance: browser caching; render blocking; ability to goal check; ability to edit/improve page information ourselves; ability to take inventory of our website assets such as most shared/viewed content; most trafficked pages; best performing keywords etc.; creating a clear UVP; minimizing CSS/javascript files; - User Interface: CLEAR call-to-actions/contact forms (with error checks); landing page after form is filled out; easy to use tabs/website directory; availability of FAQ/Help section; ALT/TITLE attributes on graphics/images; use of map images for contact location; availability of search capabilities on website; clear contact details - Mobile Compatibility: responsive designs; view ports - SEO: page titles; meta descriptions; headings; sitemap; RSS Subscription(?); link to google map locations on google search - Website Security: SSL certificate; Display policy information; - Website Aesthetics: clean colours/designs in keeping with/or similar to our current colours; colour scheme consistency; appropriate font colour that contrasts with background colour; use of alternate colours for links/hovered links/visited links; use of appropriate font typeface/size; short paragraphs rather than information dumps; use of pagination; use of suitable & recognisable web icon metaphors; higher use of infographics; increase use of streaming media; - Web 2.0 & Social Media: CLEAR social sharing buttons; link to current LinkedIn blog; allowing users to social-bookmark pages from site and/or share/post content onto social networks easily Our Goals: - Increase of visits/visitors. - Bounce rate - Increase of time spent on site - Domain authority - Increased number of new leads/form submissions - Increase of total amount of new business generated through site - improvement of SEO rankings for important keywords - Aesthetically pleasing website with a high standard of User Interface
