Clone ShareDesk.com for my business. YOU CAN USE A SCRIPT

Basically, I want a website that looks and functions very similarly to ShareDesk.com. Needs all marketplace features they have such as payment integration, host profiles, messaging, verification, options to add listings, etc. You can view my current website here: [login to view URL] This website contains all content and pages that need to be put on the website. I mainly want to change for functionality reasons. ALSO, I like the side menu bar setup they have if that is possible. I am open to you using a script such as: inout easy rooms, renters by zoplay, or air hotels. But this is part of the project, YOU have to decide a script and set it up. Please outline how you want to do this and the project price. Thanks
