Changes to current website

We already have a website that is up and running, the website is more like software that allows employees to sign in/out when they start the work or finish work. Further information can be provided upon request, however we would like to make some changes to it and some corrections. The last freelancer we were working with just disappeared on us, therefore we are looking for someone on a long term basis. Below are the list of changes that need to be made now, as mentioned before they are not major and we need them to be as economical as it can be;
1. Add (ALL) button Where it says select employee for time sheet we should be able to download the summary for all the staff by this button
2. Automated Emails The automatic email that we use to receive when the overtime starts for employee’s are no longer generated, so we need to re-generate them.
3. Automatic Clock Out The Automated clock out that use to happen before does not happen anymore (can you please schedule this after 12hours after the start of the shift).
4. Clock In Employees that are active and not clocked in email need to be send to them and the manager why they have not clocked in for that day.
5. See attached: on 06/02 I started at 09:14 and finished at 08:00 and overtime is 1:17 on 16/02 I clocked in and automatically clocked out on 17/02 why it is showing -3:37 can you please also add the column of start and end time in time sheet so we know what time they started and finished that day
6. Transfer: Upload all files in different server, hosting details will be provided later

The changes are not difficult. I will need full PHP code. Also please provide the back-end DB structure and specify which DB is being used. I hope it is in MySQL. However, there is no problem in any DB.
