CSGO Jackpot Like Site

So, there's this site called csgojackpot (it's currently down right now) but on the site you deposit csgo skins into a pot with other players and the more value you put in the higher chance you have to win the pot. I'm not entirely sure how this would be made. I assume there would be scripting involved for the bots on steam to accept trade offers for skins of a certain value and to make sure they're skins instead of cases. I don't know if I'm set on making this happen yet as I don't know how much this would cost, but please feel free to post how much you're willing to do this for or even contact me on how this would be done.
