Building a platform (Full stack deveelopment) Django or NodeJS

ITS A PROJECT FOR MORE THAN 1 FREELANCER, YOU HAVE TO MAKE A TEAM TO WORK ON THIS PROJECT. High Level description of the Idea (Full description is provided after signing the NDA): We will qualify (through recruitment and moderation process) every producer and register them on our platform. Producer will produce DigitalContents(DC) in Rich Text Format (with multiple attributes/fields), these DCs will be checked and moderated for acceptance of publishing on our platform. Based on their past results/outcome of the DC, Producers will receive performance/rating. Consumer will see the brief about the DC and also the performance of the Producer. Based on the information Consumer will buy that DC. Once paid they will be able to see full contents of that DC. Platform (NodeJS or Python Django)- Website or Web App, Cross Platform App(iOs App, Android App), UI/UX, Backend Admin and management (Basic understanding of Stock Exchange is plus but not necessary) (Docker, Puppet Administration, Varnish Cache, Vagrant, Nginx, App Usability Analysis, Web Analytics, Payment Gateway Integration, SMS Gateway, Web design, Website Development, iOS Development, AngularJS or React, Android App Development, JavaScript) + 1 Year support for bugs and very small features This is not a shopping website project (NO eCommerce or shopping framework related bidding please). I am also a software engineer, I do have 40-50% mockups ready, including some backend admin. The proposal above is high level conceptual information.
