I want to create a marketplace where client deposits a link to his site and deposits $5. Users who have signed up on the website give 13 tips each about his website. Each of the person who gives 13 tips will be given $1 each and the remaining $1 will be given to me the site owner.
Each persons review will have a upvote and downvote option so the client can either upvote or downvote the review. Each upvote and downvote will become a +1 or -1 point for the reviewer. Users who get -5 points will be banned from the website.
Client will be able to pay via PayPal or Debit Card/Credit Card and reviewers can withdraw money using PayPal, debit/credit card or Payoneer.
It is a 2 way marketplace so a single user can also become a client or a reviewer.
