Now after knowing your requirements, Here I'm going to describe you the possible project flow, please check from the following: Users registers themselves and can list their business in different categories which is created from the admin end == > After posting a listing , before publish it , they need to be approved by Admin ==> Now normal visitors can browse the categories and other alternative filtration option like you had mentioned in your spec and can view the business listings ==> After click on a particular business, they will redirect to the details page from where they can send message to the Business Owner's mail directly to contact them. Now I have some minor queries like - For listing the business to your site, users need to pay any amount or they can list their businesses in the site as free? When a visitor wants to contact any business house which is listed on your site , he needs to login in your site or he can send the contact request without register himself? Blogs : Only Admin will able posts the articles on the category wise, right?
